CONSULTATION & FEE POLICY

Our immigration consultations are billed at $280 per hour. If, after the paid consultation, you decide to hire us within seven business days we will subtract the consultation fee you already paid from the attorney fee required for your case. This applies only to flat-fee immigration cases.

We normally charge a flat-fee for immigration-related legal services. For clients in removal proceedings we always bill by the hour with an advanced fee deposit.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. although our consultations are by appointment only.

SKYPE & TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

You always have the option to consult with us via Zoom or telephone.  If you are outside the Greater Seattle area and wish to meet with an immigration attorney in Seattle for a consultation, you may schedule a Zoom consultation with us.

Zoom and telephone consultations must be prepaid by credit card at the time the consultation is scheduled.
